Welcome to Kiele Jael Wellness
A space to reignite your love for food, show you easy ways to cook healing foods (not just healthy foods), and nourish your body on your sensual journey.
Hi, I'm Kiele Jael!
The Sensual Chef
I offer a unique approach to nourishment to women of all ages - including moms, business owners, health coaches, and wellness junkies - anyone who is ready to up-level their health and lifestyle.
It’s my goal for you to feel at ease, confident, and passionate about food, cooking, and your healthy, sensual self.
To taste freedom and flow.
I believe in thinking differently by putting your wellness, sensuality, and energetic needs first, so you light up from the inside-out.
I'VE BEEN FEATURED IN
I was put on this earth to help women of all backgrounds focus on self-love and sensuality through nutrition, cooking, and lifestyle design.
That's why I offer a range of delicious experiences to make cooking easy and fun, and food feel like a sensual nourishment gift to our bodies.
WHAT IS SENSUAL NOURISHMENT?
Sensual Nourishment means experiencing life using all of your senses and living in gratitude daily. It's the holistic ability to nourish the whole self and soul with healing in mind. One of the core focuses of my work is nourishment through self-love and self-acceptance, and having a deep understanding of your own personal nourishment needs is imperative.
Because there is no one diet. No one way of living. Everyone is different and requires different nourishment. I help women identify what that is for them, using their senses.
WHY ANCIENT FOOD WISDOM?
My nutrition philosophy is very different from other nutrition experts and professionals out there. I focus on root-cause healing, mind-body-soul-connection, and ancient food wisdom based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, two ancient medical practices that been proven to heal people for thousands of years.
One of my core values in my work is education. I love educating women on the healing, energetic properties of food versus the healthy, nutritional properties of food. Teaching these ancient philosophies helps my clients feel connected to their food and to respect it in an entirely new way. This is why ancient food wisdom is crucial to my work.
HOW IS THIS APPROACH DIFFERENT?
I take it to the next level by teaching the healing, energetic properties of cooking as well.
Cooking has the ability to transform your food to make it more digestible, delicious, and healing for our bodies. Most nutritionists, dietitians, and health coaches don't teach about cooking because truthfully, it's not their expertise or in their field of study.
In my experience, cooking has been one of the biggest barriers that my clients have when it comes to their health.
Eating healthy is not the issue - it's about cooking to heal.
That's a big distinction. If people aren't motivated to cook their food, if they don't know how to make whole food delicious, no meal plan or diet plan will work long-term. The real magic happens in the kitchen. As a certified health-supportive chef, I advocate this education and am passionate about teaching this work to women of all ages.
I felt called to create a company that focused on the sensual approach to food, cooking, healing, and living.
...one that taught women how to use their sensuality to heal for life. This company would pave a new path in the wellness world with women everywhere.
I trained in health-supportive culinary arts and ancient food wisdom at the Natural Gourmet Institute in 2014 in New York City and furthered my studies in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
After a few years of still working full-time in the fashion industry while cheffing women’s retreats and culinary events in NYC part-time, I made the big leap. In 2018, The Sensual Chef emerged and Kiele Jael Wellness was born.
Now I have helped hundreds of women revolutionize their health through the art of sensual cooking and sensual nourishment.
The movement is here.
A Little More About My Background
I was born and raised on the beautiful island of Guam. I’m a natural-born creative and a big believer in the idea that if something doesn't exist, you should create it.
I graduated from art school in 2004 with a ComD degree (graphic design, illustration, and art direction) from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, and had a successful career as a handbag and accessories designer/design director in the NYC fashion industry for 15 years (2003-2018) before being formally trained ancient food wisdom as a chef and nutritionist.
I currently live in Austin, TX with my wonderful husband, Andrew.
